Need help with Bf4 settings please :)

Hello guys, i am running an i3 2100 CPU , gtx 750 2gb ddr5 GPU, 8 gig ram ddr3, Windows 7 64 bit but for some reason i just cant get enough fps on 1080p even if i lower the settings (not the resolution) how can i optimize my game to play it at atleast 50-60 fps? and by the way, for some reason i cant change my resolution below 1080p which is max for my monitor, if i try like 720p it just goes back to 1080p. and sometimes when i go for HIGH preset and stuff, it works better than when i am on low, can someone help me optimize my game/pc settings so i can run this game smoothly please ?

If that doesn't solve it google "make a user.cfg for bf4". I had to go through all of this too to get my game running good.

did everything you said but still running like hell on 64 player maps

Im not sure then those fixes should have done something. Make sure resolution scale is set to 100.

did everything you said still no fps improvement, but for some reason i just cant change my resolution, it wont go below 1080p , when i try to change it to lower it just changes back
