Okay, so here's the deal...
I don't plan on overclocking, but would like to get a gtx 1070 in the near future. I'm looking at upgrading my i5 3470 to a skylake i5. Now, I've been looking and I've found an i5 6500 reconditioned for 187 euros, personally I think that's a pretty good deal. I could pair that with 16 GB of 2133 g.skill ram and a gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H, and the total would come to 325 euros... not too bad. Or, I could go with the same motherboard, an i5 6600 and 8 GB ddr4 ram and it'd come to 316 euros. I'm trying to stay around the 300 euro mark, but if I can get 16 GB of RAM, i don't mind paying a tiny bit more. What do you guys think? Am I just pissing away money going for 16 GB of ram?
