I am currently in the works to building a gaming pc, i feel lost as of right choosing a gpu and a psu.
http://pcpartpicker.com/list/XCwDzM my current build so far, the only part i have currently is g.skill sniper ddr3 2x4gb ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231417&cm_re=ddr3-_-20-231-417-_-Product ). My budget was aimed at $700 -$750 and i want to have the best gaming pc as possible, as well as long lasting gaming PC. Any input and help will be greatly appreciated and i will be happy to answer and questions that can help you help me!

You have chosen a unlocked chip meant for overclocking with a b150 motherboard on which you cannot overclock. Any specific reason for that?
If your total budget is $750 then you are still missing ram/gpu and psu which will push your budget to more than $1000 with that cpu.
Specify your total budget and we can help you with parts suggestions.

well i have the ram, as stated, I have no intention of overclocking so if their is a way to downgrade and aim towards something cheaper.

and this will run most games comfortably at a solid fps ?

yes, the gtx 1060 6 GB will do amazing with a solid quad core cpu to power it
