Need help with building a gaming pc

Right now have everything i need : keyboard,mouse, Full HD monitor, 2TB HDD

Want to build a pc for games like :
Rust,
GTA V,
Arma 3,
Tom clancy's rainbow six siege,
Overwatch.
with 60+ fps Full HD

and so that it would not be necessary to update it in half a year - year at least
Budget right now is 1500 euro
Living in Europe,Eestonia

Sell your monitor or whatever. Forget 1080p, you are now living in 32" 1440p bliss.

Tbh not feeling like selling my full hd 144hz monitor to change it for 60hz with higher resolution
