I am interested in building my first PC and am looking at a budget of only €300 or about $380 without shipping€300 is the budget as my wife wants to buy me a Compaq from our local supermarket and the specs of that dont even come close to this build.. I dont need a hard drive as I have a couple of 1TB drives from a Packard Bell that I am getting rid of.
I have looked around in Spain where I live and the cheapest that I can get for what I think is a reasonable setup is this delivered from Germany of all places

AMD Athlon II X3 445 €71 $90

JCP Midi Tower ATX "Dark Crystal" €41 $52

Samsung SH-223C €17 $21

Scythe Katana 3 Fan €17 $21

ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO, Sockel AM3, ATX €74 $94

4GB-Kit DDR3 Crucial Value PC1333 CL9 €79 $100

Total €299 $380

I dont need a new monitor as I have a 21in Packard Bell that I can use for the time being.
I have included a motherboard with integrated graphics as I dont play too many games on my PC but if someone has a better option for me I would be willing to listen.
€300 is the budget as my wife wants to buy me a Compaq from our local supermarket and the specs of that dont even come close to this build.

Any ideas???

I don't think you'll be needing the cooler if you don't OC. Save the money. Everything else looks good enough for a 300 Euro budget (I'm taking your word on the prices). Looks like you're good to go.
