Need help with choosing RAM

Hello,

I'm trying to decide whether it is better to buy another pair of 2x2gb sticks for my PC or should I just get 2x4gb sticks?

Here's the RAM that I already have and would buy another pair of: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) or G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

If it helps, this is mainly for gaming, and here is my motherboard GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard
