Need help with Computer Error

Hello I'm new here and well i need help in a problem that i keep getting that well has me going nuts . I've been getting a Blue screen here it is:

Description:

I've done everything i could think of from Reinstalling Windows XP to Testing the RAM for errors with memtest but no luck .

Sometimes faulty RAM will pass memtest. Try moving your memory sticks around, and cleaning the slots, making sure they're free of dust.

Well sometimes it happens randomly also i already googled it and i don't get much info on it. I send the error report to MS and it says it an issue with a driver but i don't know which one.

Download new chipset drivers from the manufacturer's site and new drivers for the GPU.

I have the newest ones from them. I have an Asus A7N266-C with all the drivers from the Website as well as the drivers from ATI for my GPU and updated drivers for my network card from MS.

I think i know what my be happening i suspect its something to do with the paging file. I recently changed the settings by changing the paging files from the (C Drive to my other 2HDs (F and (V but left 1279MB (1GB) of paging file in (C for dump files and reports. (F has all my installed programs with 70GB of memory and (V has all my media with 230 GB of HD space and both have 3840MB (3GB) of paging file. I read some where that the paging file cant be larger that 4GB in a normal 32bit system and well my page file totals at 8959MB (8GB) of paging file. So If any one can confirm my suspensions please tell me 🙁 .

You were right man it was a RAM card that i did not take out i just left the new kingston i bought and it has not been giving me any BSoD. Thanks
