Need help with drivers

I have no optical drive on my newly built pc to download the drivers but I do have a laptop. I went on my motherboard's manufacturers website and downloaded all of the drivers onto a usb. And I stupidly deleted my copy of windows 8.1 because I thought I didn't need it anymore since I had already downloaded it. I have tried multiple times to download the drivers but nothing seems to work, I have an ASRock H97M Pro4 motherboard if that makes any difference. Any help is appreciated
