need help with flickering white screen

Hello i build my own pc a year ago! and once some time ago (probally half a year ago) i thought my video card was broken, because it was giving me a similar flickering screen as the image. I sended it back to the company that sold it to me, and they told me it was not the video card that was broken. So i figured it was the newest AMD driver, so i downgraded the driver. never had a problem again untill recently, probally a month ago, i was on my pc for 4 hours straight and i got the flickering screen and now a month later i got it again what can the problem be and how to fix the problem?

Don't think so because when i pull the DVI cable out my screen just works properly giving a black screen with medion on it as text and a warning that the screen is not connected!
