Question Need help with i5 9400f rx 580

I have a i5 9400f and a maxsun rx580 8gb with 16 gb ram ....computer has been running worse then when I had the rx 570 in ...but with either card I have dropped lower then 120fps on lowest settings possible on fortnite and just can’t seem to find the fix constant frame drops all drivers are updated and windows had a fresh install yesterday
