Need help with my build

This is my Build, I would like to know If I should get myself a CPu Cooler?
Or it's not needed and If the I5-6500 will game and stream will with the GTX 1060 or If It would be much better to upgrade for the i5-6600k.

The 6500 will do just fine and the cooler it comes with is suffiecient. Only replace it if you find it to be too loud(it isn't, really).
