Need help with my first computer

Okay, so I've been doing some research and I've decided I want to build a DECENT water-cooled gaming computer. But the problem is... I kinda have no idea what I'm doing or what parts I should buy or where I should buy those parts from, etc. I'd like to keep it to as low of a cost as possible. I have a basic understanding of what parts I need and what they do, I just have no idea what brands/types of parts I need. All help appreciated. Thanks!

First thing we need to know is your budget and if you already have some of the parts like monitor, OS and such.

Also, which parts do you want to watercool? Just the CPU isn't too much of a problem, there is plenty of good AIO coolrs out there, but a full, custom loop for the CPU and GPU is going to be expensive and, given the fairly low heat output of many modern parts it's really not a 'must have' unless you plan on massive overclocking.

I personally wouldn't recomment watercoolling in builds under 1000$ as that money could be going towards a better gpu, an ssd, a better cpu, ...

Yeah, I would actually say if your budget is under $2000 then a good air cooler is probably a better option.
