Need help with my new gtx 1070

Ok so I replaced my old gtx 970 in my computer with a new gtx 1070 and it feels like even simple processes like even opening internet explorer is a impossible task. I played a game of heroes of the storm earlier and one message the game told me is the cpu power is low.
My specs are
i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHZ 3.41 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB
64 bit operating system

What's your Power Supply Unit and what is/are your hard drive(s)? Did you also download the driver for your new video card as well? What is your Operating System as well (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7)?
