Question Need help with my pc it won’t restart properly!!!!

My pc works perfectly fine there’s no issues when I’m using it what so ever it’s a beast tbh. But when I need to restart my pc it won’t restart properly it’ll close everything pop up the restart screen no display and just stays there.
So basically i get stuck on no display whenever i restart my pc its kinda annoying. If anyone got any idea of what the issue could be it would be very appreciated…

Boot the pc to the desktop and let it sit there for a few mins.
Click the restart button......what happens?

it will shut down but won’t boot back up.
The pc works tho it’s so confusing cause that’s the only thing off with the build

Does sound like it's rebooting.... normally the fans will kick up for a sec or two or is it just shutting down and going quiet?

it does reboot, it turns back on but no display will show up

U think it’s windows being corrupted that’s doing all this ???


I would like to add I did downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10 if that matters whatsoever.
