Question Need help with overclocking i7 920

Hello i have a rx 570 and an i7 920 and i feel like it falls a bit short when i have cpu dependent settings on max or play cpu dependent games.
I want to know if i can overclock it with the cpu only having the radiator

Umm i know this is kindof late to reply now but i was busy.
i7 920 with a radiator looking thing and some cooler that said foxconn on it and it wasnt on the cpu it looked more like a cooler for the whole system
