need help with overclocking

hi, i would like some help and possibly if you could tell me how much i could overclock my pc

It is a little hard to tell without a complete system description but I am guessing not much. Phenom II X4's overclock well but a 300W PSU is too small. Likely of poor quality too, you need a good quality PSU to overclock. As well, the Mobo is fine at stock but not really meant for overclocking.
