First of all, thanks for clicking on this link to help me!

I'm trying to build a good PC Gamer, but I'm not a professional. So, I need your help with the components of the PC. I would like to know if the components are good, what power supply I would need and what are the cables I would need (if need)

Case : DEEPCOOL GENOME II (integrated water cooling to save money) (279.99$ + 14.99$)
Graphic Card : MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GTX 1080 Ti LIGHTNING (1,089.99$ + 9.99$)
MotherBoard : ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming/AURA (204.99$ + 9.99$)
Processor : Intel 7th Gen Core i5-7600K (316.65$)
Ram : CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x 8GB) (179.22$)
SSD : SAMSUNG 850 PRO 2.5" 512GB SATA III (319.99$)
HDD : Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 3.5-Inch SATA III 6 Gb/s (63.98$)

If you know better prices / better deals / more valuable components, I'm wide open to them ! Total : 2489.78$ plus taxes

I would like 4k monitor.

If this motherboard the same ? : https://www.amazon.ca/Optimization-Z170-Pro-Gaming-AURA/dp/B01J8QQD98/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1500350806&sr=8-1&keywords=ASUS+Z170+Pro+Gaming%2FAURA

Solution
How is it too different?
It's not Intel, but that's precisely why it's good in this case.
Offers way more performance for the same money, and the 1700 is just a much better CPU overall.
Get the Gigabyte AC wifi Bluetooth 4.2 PCIE card currently going for $29.99, forgot what it was called.
Here's an alternative white-themed build (of the same price range) but including a good-quality PSU (which you did not list) and better price/performance/compatibility (case, cpu cooler, ssd, hdd, gpu, and motherboard:

SLI ready and more than you'll ever need.
Don't go overkill on the GPU, save as much as you can while keeping performance top notch, the extra $150 isn't worth it.

X370 is not worth it if you are not going to SLI. SLI is not worth it as few games support it, and most games even perform worse with multi-GPU setups than with a single GPU setup. Not to mention, that 850W overkill PSU if OP decides correctly that SLI is not worth it. RAM choice is also not a guarantee to work (it may or may not) as the Trident Z was never tested at that rated 3200MHz by Asrock (only the 3466MHz, 4133MHz, and 4000MHz, and 2933MHz are currently listed in the mobo's QVL).

Ryzen 1700 is good for multi-tasking/editing/workstation use and some gaming with its 8-core/16-thread, but lower clock speeds. i7-7700K with its higher core clock speed and 4-core/8-thread is a more suitable CPU for a pure gaming PC - which OP intends to do.

OP also doesn't need those 2x 5.25" drive bays in Focus G cased based on his initial case pick and parts list. It's 2017, and use an external DVD/BR instead of the recommended case with 5.25" bays -- just adds up to the clutter inside your case that OP will never use. The Fractal Design Focus G also doesn't even have a PSU shroud, or at least, some rubber grommets, to aid with cable management -- all a downgrade from OP's original case selection (has PSU shroud and rubber grommets). HDD cage position in the Focus G blocks the airflow of the front intake fan, not to mention, the window panel of such exposes those HDDs and all the cable clutter in the bottom of your case, unlike the Phanteks Eclipse and the Genome II.

OP also prefers AIO cooling (evident in his case selection), possibly, for a cleaner non-bulky looking interior build.

Your build can be improved a whole lot more considering OP's requirements.

What exactly are you criticizing?
X370 costs $30 more for a much better board overall and SLI support if wanted.
A Ryzen 1700 performs identically to a 7700k now at higher than 1080p resolutions after all the optimizations and improvements they've made since launch, someone posted a video, and I tested it myself, i'll try to find it for you.
The 2x5.25" drive bays are optional, they don't need to be used just because the choice is there. The HDD cage positioning is standard, gettin a bit desperate for criticizing the case.
The Genome II is a crap case btw, so not exactly a good comparison.
TridentZ modules are very high quality sticks, companies are just waiting for definite optimization before running them all through the certification process at once, also because they can't say any RAM stick will run 100% stable at this stage, otherwise they'd assume liability and be open to legal action if it was unstable.
If the TridentZ Sticks aren't reliable, then what will be?

I can swap in a water cooling list if needed, the H5 just cools the same for much less, no hassle.
The Focus G has 240mm Rad support up top.

Thanks ! The option of Chugalug seem good, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. It's too different from what I would like to have.
