I realized that laptop will be a better fit for me because I do not play that often. Even if I play something it's usually an older game.
I bought this PC in 02/2014. Initially with GTX 760 and then upgraded to GTX 1070 in 08/2016.
I still have replacement plan for graphic card which means that it can be returned to MicroCenter until 08/2018 in exchange for $429.99 store credit.
1. Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4GHz LGA 1150 (paid $179)
2. ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Socket LGA 1150 Z87 ATX Intel Motherboard (paid $99)
3. EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW 8GB GDDR5 ACX 3.0 Cooling (paid $429.99)
4. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Universal CPU Cooler (paid $29.99)
5. Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 16GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 CL9 (4x4GB) (paid $160)
6. Antec High Current Gamer 620 Watt ATX Modular Power Supply (paid $109)
7. Samsung SH-224DB24x SATA Internal DVD Burner OEM - SH-224DB/BEBE (paid $16.99)
8. Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 Mid-Tower ATX Computer Case (paid $99.99)
9. Dell S2340M 23" 1080p LED Monitor (paid $179)
10. WD Blue 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA III 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive WD10EZEX (paid $59.99)
13. Samsung Electronics 840 Pro Series 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive, 256GB (paid ~$130)
12. Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Am I being crazy for asking about $800 for this setup?
Thanks guys!
