Need help with uninstallation of a game

Okay so my friend tried to download the game Tera on his computer on an SSD but something happend and his computer crashed he then tried to uninstall the game and remove all of the folders with game files or what not, but even though he has uninstalled the game it says that he doesn't have enough space anymore when he had more than enough before the download. My question is if anybody has ny idea how to fix this and YES he has tried turning it off and on.

I think some of the files might have ended up there but he emptied it so what else?

I would search for folders that have tera in their name and remove them.

It can be done easily with Locate32 program
