Question Need help with Word Envelope Drop-Down Menu

I'm using Word from Office 365, and I use the "Mailings" tab to create envelopes. However, I selected a wrong address in the drop down and now it's always displaying and I don't know how to get rid of it. Anyone know how?

Even if you don't use the drop down menu for the delivery address, you should be able to manually input the address you want printed.

My question is how do I delete an address that's saved in the drop-down list

These addresses come from your "standard" Address Book. If you have Outlook, they probably come from there.

Instead of down-arrow, click on that button instead. You may be able to change whether anything gets displayed at all.

Yes, the addresses that get saved into the drop-down list are from my address book, which is working fine, I have no issues adding new addresses, or choosing an existing address from my address book. The issue is removing a previously used address from the drop-down.
