Build Advice Need Help

Hey guys,

I am running a computer with the following Specs

Gigabyte Gaming Ab350 rev 1.0
Ryzen 5 1600
Nvidia 1060 3gb Graphics Card
24GB of RAM but only 12 Usable.
240GB Sandisk Ultra II SSD
1TB HDD

I need help Can i upgrade the graphics card as well as improve the RAM which I can use? Or will I need to upgrade my Processor to achieve this?

Any Help would be appreciated. I am a Desktop Newbie with my gaming computer and want to know what I can do to improve my setup.

Mixing the Ram Kit? You mean just use the same model ram?
