EVGA GTX 970 SC makes 3 beeps (beep pause beep pause beep) on the bios screen then goes onto this screen

the underscore is flashing btw if that means anything and i can’t get out of it or enter bios and can’t get into windows unless i change the gpu.

That is a bad quality PSU for your build. I would look into sourcing(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU and see if the issue persists.

it is probably the psu ive been having a issue since july 17 where the pc boots but no display and i have to keep restarting it until it gets a signal but idk if it’s the psu or motherboard

i bought a new psu MSI MAG A650BN and still having the same issue

i used igpu still no signal i think it’s a motherboard issue, i bought a optiplex and will see if it still has this issue.
