Need help!!

Hey! I just bought a computer yesterday, and used all night building it.. I have the CM HAF X fulltower, with extremely
neat airflow, and ive got water-cooling for my CPU. I downloaded the HWmonitor, and the degrees seems good, but it started shutting off after an hour or so! Then i opened the computer right after it shut down the last time, and everything was about 20 degrees, accept this dark grey metal thing on the motherboard witch didn't seem to lead to anything (there where 3 of theese things on the motherboard) where so hot that i got a burnmark!
Do you think that the motherboard is disfunctional, or does this have anything to do with the powersupply??

Those are heatsinks for your motherboard chipsets. How is your airflow? If they're so hot you can't touch them that's definitely not good. Maybe add an extra fan to blow over them.

I have 3 huge fans 2 intake and one outtake. The HWmonitor tells me that the airflow lies around 30 degrees celcius, and when i open the chassis while its running its colder inside there, then in my room. Do you have any other ideas? Do you think the motherboard is dissfunctional in some way?

There is nothing else to do but put another fan to blow directly over them.
