Well your i7 (I'm trying not to judge you but you make it hard) is dated but it won't hold you back anywhere near as much as your graphics card. I could give you recommendations if you have a budget.

Yeah that CPU can still hold it for a while (specially if you OC it), depending your budget you should aim at the very least for a GTX750Ti / r7 260x like rockie said, but I'd strongly suggest to go for at least a GTX760 or r9 280 (around 200$), if you can afford even more then better, it all comes down to your budget.

For $549 you can get the best graphics card on the market (so far) the GTX 980. You have to wait to find one not out of stock though. But I recommend it since you have the luxury of having a high budget!

Probably a "hidden" partition . Find a program to detect all partitions .

A side note : I have such a hdd somewhere . it was great in the past.

Do i have to worry about the dimensions of the card or is it the same size?
I've been getting heat spikes also ( as high as 55 playing hawken) should i upgrade the cooling also

Your processor is still good.
6GB of RAM should be fine for this game.
As others have suggested, what you really need is a new graphics card.
The Nvidia GTX 970 or AMD R9 290 would both be good for the highest settings.
The Nvidia card is much more power efficient and it is a newer architecture, but the R9 290 is almost as fast and if you can get it cheap enough it might be a good deal.
Both these cards will be longer than your current card, so measure the case to make sure you have room.
Which components have been getting hot? What was the measured temperature?

My fan controller is hitting 55c for fan1 and 50c on fan2, is there a way to measure the temps of my pc? sorry if i seem lost i
Hdmi goes out and my pc shuts down usually. these 2 fans sandwich the radiator for my cooling system.

This radiator is keeping your CPU cool, so those temperatures are likely the CPU temp from the motherboard.
55 degrees C is not a problem at all.
If your PC is shutting down unexpectedly, you may have some other issue.
You have listed your power supply as 800W. What model is it? How old is it?

From the limited information I can find on it, this supply looks pretty mediocre.
If the PC is just powering off with no warning, I believe the power supply is likely the problem.

You only need a 650W model, but it needs to be good quality.
I would recommend any of the following:
EVGA Supernova B2 750 (80 plus bronze, 750W, top quality)
EVGA Supernova G2 750 (80 plus gold, 750W, top quality)
XFX TS 650 (80 plus gold, 650W, very good quality)
Any other XFX 650W supply (80 plus bronze, 650W, very good quality)

I wouldn't be too worried about the difference between a bronze or gold 80 plus rating. 80 plus bronze is already very efficient.
You can also have alook at the following list. Anything from tier 1 or 2 is good.

Gonna get dimensions of my videocard and power supply tomorrow, then decide on what to do within my budget. Maybe ditch the console idea, but thanks for all the advice everybody

Ditching the console will free up your budget to really make a fully blown next-gen gaming machine! GTX 980 and a good PSU, it'll be a beast!
(As opposed to those consoles that are "next-gen" but actually significantly weaker than even old hardware.)
(Sorry, my bias is showing.)
