i want to build new pc, can someone recommended me a good 450watt psu under $100 for rx 560?

Processor: i5 6500
Motherboard: asrock H310M-HDV/M.2 SE
RAM: Team Group Elite Plus Black DDR4 2666Mhz 8GB
GPU: Asus Dual RX 560 4GB
SSD: MSI SPATIUM M371 NVMe M.2 500GB

Overall the 750W ATX 3.0 PSU is IMO the better buy.

A good 450w unit is getting kinda rare and usually overpriced(can get good larger units for the same price or less). Here's a good 650w unit for $80.

Overall the 750W ATX 3.0 PSU is IMO the better buy.

after checking it in my country the price is much higher because of import taxes. the cheap brand i know are deepcool and cooler master and its the 450w and 500w varian.

i often use tokopedia.com, i dont know when it comes to psu brand, its rare to see official psu brand. tokopedia have store trust sistem which is like a trsuted badge, the purple badge with yellow "✓" are official store or big store. the budet are Rp.600.000 max

$80 price are end up $100+ in my country cause of import tax, so it still expensive

For Rp600.000 you aren't getting anything that would even be considered low-end. Everything at that price would be rated avoid or worse on the current PSU tiers list. Your budget in dollars, I'm assuming US dollars, was 100 which equates to Rp1.600.000 at current rate of exchange. Why the difference in budget between the two? If the budget was supposed to be 1.600.000 then we can easily recommend PSUs.

Good power supplies don't come in 400-450w anymore. They are all 550w or more.
The only one i know is the beQuiet! Pure Power 11 400w

The power supply will only use as much power as the computer needs. It's ok if you buy a 650 or 750w PSU, as long as it is good quality.
