need second card

I have a Gainward GF3 AGP card. I am using it for video editing with Adobe Premier and Canopus Storm. I want to be able to edit on two monitors. I was told that the second graphic card does not have to be as good as the one I have. People also said that only one monitor can handle video anyway, which would be the one I have. I also heard that you need to select which monitor is the primary and secondary for it to work correctly. I did see things in the BIOS. I would like to know if these points are correct, whuch PCI card should I get and any other info would be helpful. I have win 2K, 1kmhz dual P3, wtth 1GB Ram. Thanks a lot!

TNT2 is a older, but pretty decent PCI card if you aren't worried about it being super fast. I used them for quite a while before changing to GeForce.

I recommend the TNT2 because it's fast and cheap. Bandwidth is the greatest limmiting factor for any PCI video card.
