Need some advice on temps for my amd motherboard please

Its a Ultra durable 990FXAUD3 R5 motherboard. I had it overclocked at 4.4ghz @ 1.34v
I was wondering what safe temps would be? and how i would be able to see what those temps would be, like what programs?

Currently using the mentioned above motherboard
fx-6300
hyper evo 212
8gb avexier 1600 memory
1tb hdd
750w corsair PSU
