Need some expert advice - Samsung P2450H vs Asus VW246H

I am looking to upgrade my monitor and have been doing some research on which is the best within my budget of €250. I have narrowed my selection to the two listed below as I need:
- 2ms response time
- headphone jack
- VGA/DVI/HDMI imputs
