So unfortunately I didn't follow my gut when getting a new psu, it's now making some weird noises so I'm thinking of getting a new one. I really don't wanna spend more than $100 unless absolutely necessary. And the PSU Tier list doesn't help a lot.

Here are my PC Specs:

Motherboard: B450 Pro Carbon AC

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: Rx 6650 xt

RAM: G.Skill RipJaw V 3000 mhz

PSU: MasterWatt 650W Bronze

Can't go wrong with SuperFlower and Ledex III model. Corsair is another brand but bit more expensive with Rmx line. There are many tier A psus, i usually go with Corsair (in Australia, can't get SuperFlower here locally) and have owned Rmx (Gold rated), Ax and Hxi (Platinum), all have been good.

Reliability isn't the issue with any of these but budget vs wattage will depend on if you see yourself jumping to a more powerful gpu in future. Something around 650w, possibly 750w if you do see yourself doing that.
