I'm buying them all new. Most of them off Newegg, but the motherboard isn't available there so Ill need to buy it elsewhere.

I don't see any issues.

Some would probably try to get you to upgrade the RAM slightly from CL36 to CL30. Hardly a big deal. Might cost you 10 or 20 dollars?

I changed a few things up, I would also take a look at the RX 6750 xt and see how it performs in ArcGIS pro, because for not much more, its faster in every way. I've attached a review of the RX 7900 GRE which includes the RX 6700 XT and RXT 3060. The base RX 6700 XT is faster in every way, and the RX 6750 XT is about 8% faster than that. What is your total budget?
