Need suggestions for a AMD build

Relatively new to building PC's, my last one was 4 years ago, so I would certainly appreciate any helpful feedback

Approximate Purchase Date: Within this upcoming month (february)

Budget Range: Rs 40,000(approx. $850)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, watching movies, surfing the internet

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, speakers, case, OS

*OS - Have Windows 7

Country of Origin: India

Parts Preferences: I would like to make this an AMD based rig with a 23" LCD

Overclocking: NO

SLI or Crossfire: NO

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC and able to play games at high settings

I don't like either board, but this isn't my system. Hopefully a few other intel users will stepup and post.

get a better gpu! hd 5770, if you are on a budget. the gts 450 wont be enough at that resolution. the i3 processor is okay... but the amd phenom iix4 955 smokes it when it comes to gaming. but in gaming the gpu does the most of the part. so if you are going with the i3 processor get a good gpu. like the gtx 460, hd 6850 etc...
but if you are on a budget get the hd 5770. its a good card(actually a mid level card) but you wont be able to play metro 2033, crysis on maximum settings.(you can play these games but not on maximum settings.)

Then what about the Asus ENGTS450 card.Its factory overclocked.

If it's this card ASUS ENGTS450 DirectCU TOP/DI/1GD5 GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit DDR5. Then yes I would go for it.
