Get the CORSAIR VS450. Others say it is a garbage but I've been using it for my build for more than a year now and still no problem.

more than a year is no age for a PSU

the CXM BadActor listed (the updated version with grey lettering) is halfway decent and should get the job done if it isn't stressed enough. don't expect 10 years use from it but it's nice.

depending on your location they are usually pretty cheap or are at least reasonably priced
