Need to connect to 4 monitors

Surveillance systems of 150 cameras to be displayed on 4 55" monitors.

I am being asked for a computer system to do the connection and run the program. The program is easy and runs off windows 7 (I would prefer linux). The only thing I am being asked for is a system to run 4 HDMI abilities. I don't want the badest machine ever seen but I don't want the weakest one either.
My thoughts are:
I7 Processor
16 G on Ram
Dual 2TB Hard drives
but what Video cards?
and which Motherboard would be nice?

this might work as a video card you need to add four mini DP to HDMI dongles

are you sure 4tb of HDD is enough for 150 cameras? I use 1TB for 16 cameras set to motion detect and it gives me about 5 days of video.

Emerald, the hard drive is what was brought to me, I'm still gathering info on how or what they will be recording if any. I do know that their are some HD cameras around 10. I was going to suggest a 16G NAS.
I know they have 64 camera screens on 2 monitors now. and using 1 TB. so not sure if they are uploading to the net or how much they are storing.
