Need to keep reinstalling my graphic card

i have to keep reinstalling my GPU on my laptop, because after awhile games start running at 30fps on battery but 60fps on power but after i reinstall the driver, it always stays at 60fps even on battery, i have to keep reinstalling it about every 2 weeks, my laptop is only 4 months old, it has a i7 7700hq, and a gtx 1050, my cpu stays at around 80 degrees and my gou stays at around 60 degrees while gaming

It is due to your power plan option

Make sure your laptop is set to "Best Performance" option when running off battery.
The downside is that the battery will run down faster, so it's your call.

Control Panel >> Power Options

Of course, the most sensible thing to do when your indoors is only run your laptop off mains power when gaming - - but that should be obvious to anyone who knows anything about gaming on a laptop - :/

i changed my power plan to best performance and nothing changed, i even cleaned my fans from the outside of my laptop without opening anything, and btw after a renistall my gpu i get 60fps on balanced power settings off battery, is there a part thats damaged or something

Check your battery is it ok or not because sometime a old battery cause a lot of problem
