Need to know how much wattage a 1060 6G will need once Overcloked?

Was thinking to ask some help from yah guys. I want to build my very first (Desktop Gaming PC) and was wondering how much wattage will I need if I want to (overclock) my NVidia GTX 1060 6G and will be helpful if yah guys have any pointers that will make my system run better I'm currently working on a 2,000$ budget and this is what I liked and picked out for it https://pcpartpicker.com/list/. drew about 295w in a heavy gaming load. Due to PSU efficiency, the actual system needs ~265w.

Your system will likely get by with a quality 450w unit. Though, 550w will offer very comfortable headroom and will be as much as you need with expansions.

Pay more attention to the quality of the PSU, as long as the wattage is >450w.

Ohh cool and as for the Nvidia GTX 1070 I prefer the Nvidia GTX 1060 6G its cheaper and its what I really need really for 1080p gaming performance. Whats really draining my 2,000$ budget is the Monitor and the motherboard. The GTX 1060 6G gives more then enough power for 1080p gaming 1070 or higher is for 2k gaming or more don't need it. So a 520w unit will be enough for to Overclock it and enjoy it? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ this is my system build.

If you guys asking me to get a better GPU nah the GPU is just fine. My question was is my 520w unite more then enough to sustain my system if I choose to overclock it?. I'm completely satisfied overall what I picked out. I'm also curious will i need fans for my system or the liquid cooling I picked out will be enough? Please help me on those two choices it will help to understand what else I will need and want. The monitor motherboard the ram and I7 CUP I picked out I'm satisufied as for a keyboard I'll buy in my country gaming mouse I alredy have.

Also Asus 1060 6G will be enough for it my monitor costs me 412$ 180hz from Asus 1080p. Motherboard I really enjoyed wanted to buy a really good one I know a 100$ one is perfectly fine for what you need, But the 400$ motherboard I'm ordering from Asus is just God like. Also I'm buying a I7-7700 306$ I believe having a good CPU is just as important as having a good GPU. But yeh those where my choices my power wattage is cheap 30$ but it said it can give 520w so I thought just perfect but for overclocking wassent too sure that's why I'm asking.

That PSU only outputs a max of 480w of 12v. Also, it isn't very good quality (it is okay), and I suggest spending more in a build of this budget and hardware.
The PSU is the most important component of a system, so cheaping out on one would be the last thing you want to do.

I suggest a Bitfenix whisper M, Corsair RMx, EVGA G2, or EVGA G3.
I'd also suggest spending a little less on the motherboard.

Thanks for the advice I was thinking of a MSI Z270 M7 for 203$ instead of the Asus 389$ and for the PSU thank you as well ,but do you recommend anything else?. I love the Monitor I picked out I might changed it looking through other things as well once I finish my system I'll show it to you just because .
