I've run into a problem , AiCharger.sys is a conflicting driver , I used autoruns to disable it ,but after a reboot I realized my usb ports (all of them , front io and back ) stopped working , I forced my pc into recovery mode and reverted to a backup i had made earlier , I'm at a loss , i dont know what else to do , if i try to uninstall aicharger from control panel it says that it cant find the file , so I'm asking myself if i dont have the file , and i have the driver that remained , why does it still disable my usb ports , I didnt even download aicharger it was asus setup bloatwear that it didnt even ask me to install , I run windows 11 , on an amd platform on a B450-f gaming motherboard , i searched the bios for a usb power setting but found nothing useful

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.

just did , thanks for the response

make sure you have updated the bios and installed the AMD chipset drivers. also go into windows control panel device manager. find the menu option to show hidden devices, select it and delete any usb drivers that are greyed out.
I would not use the asus ai charger drivers. just use a wall plug to charge your apple devices. note: if you have removed the asus driver and you still have an apple device plugged it then your ports will go down when the device attempts to charge.
