Question Need upgrade for CPU

I have been thinking to upgrade my RAM, GPU and CPU. I have found the RAM and GPU I want, but I can't seem to find a CPU. I have a Intel Core i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz 3.33 GHz (FCLGA1156 (LGA1156) or H1 socket). Can someone help me find a new CPU? My budget is 200$ max. Thanks!

What ram were you planning to use? the 3200 stuff above will be a good fit.

But i the reason i picked that motherboard is the B450m gaming plus can have this bios update done without a compatable cpu.

It's much cheaper to order from Amazon DE since you're in the EU.
