Have 2060 and i59400F. It was connected to a 350 W PSU.
I changed it to a 750 W power supply.
But when i game and launch MSI afterburner to monitor my PSU wattage it shows 100%. How is this possible?

MSI Afterburner is not reporting your PSU wattage. It's reporting the power settings on the GPU. You cannot monitor your PSU wattage unless you're either running it on a load tester or have one of the higher-end PSUs with a digital interface that reports this information.

software reporting on these psu are not accurately at all. a more accurate way will be using a plug in power meter to measure the power draw off the wall. however you have to estimate the true component consumption because of you are measuring input power, where as the spec are listed on the based on output power.
