Issue progression history:

Some months ago, pc would randomly reboot maybe once in couple weeks while doing anything. Then it became daily, once per boot. GFX driver was always up to date. I updated various other drivers at some point. Did the most recent gfx driver update, and after replacing a failing hdmi cable, things escalated dramatically. I had to revert to previous gfx driver. Didnt install it again (Nvidia). PC frequently randomly freezing forcing me to hard shutdown. Updated bios driver. Ftpm y/n question appears. I say No a few times. Boots up. Play a steam game. All fine. Exit game. Frozen. Hard shutdown. Do it again. Frozen. 2 more times. Always frozen. Boot to bios. Y/n ftpm question again. I dont have bitlocker so push "y". Pc boots up. Login. Reboots itself after 5 seconds on desktop.

Prior to the escalated frequency the error log was showing CLSA (something like that) errors. Also xbox game.bar errors but i disabled that which removed that error. (Do not have or use xbox anything)

Bios version now 5021, was 4311? I think before (from May 2022)

So here I sit staring at BIOS. Lost and defeated. What is the solution?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Ftpm y/n question appears. I say No a few times.
Did you upgrade your processor? If no, then your BIOS might be corrupt or your PSU's having an issue.

No hardware has ever been replaced.

I have to open it for PSU details. Stand by.

I did a restore since it blue screened me after leaving BIOS. (Restored to march 3rd 2025) Desktop is seemingly stable. Chrome wont open. Shutting down to check PSU specs.
