Id suggest a better quality PSU. You can save money with a good quality B450 motherboard. You will probably want a new cpu cooler as the stock one can get loud.

I would change the MBO, GPU and the PSU. Also I would add 3rd party cooler. Can you tell me where are you from and what's your budget? You could wait for the 4th gen ryzen as well.

Europe and 1,2 - 1,5k max euros.

I could change MBO to MSI B450M - much cheaper option and PSU Corsair RMx Series RM550x 550W
not sure about GPU though
