A quick question.

Which one's better suited for playing AAA titles (on high settings) and why?

60Hz gsync monitor with gtx 1060 OR 144Hz with gtx 1060.

Processor : Intel core i7 8750H.

I would go with Gsync. it makes better usage with same power, while it will be hard for 1060 to keep 100+ fps for that super fast monitor to keep up.

Yeah I agree, G-Sync will be more efficient with your GPU, and also a 1060 might struggle to even get 100hz+ running AAA titles at high settings.

The one with 144 Hz ref rate has better specifications in general.
Shall I still opt for the 60Hz gsync one, or shall I go for Omen!?
Please suggest.

Go for the 144Hz Omen no doubt. I'd hate to meet the retard who though G-sync on a 60Hz monitor was a good idea.
