So the other day I bought a Netgear Powerline 500, the model is XAVB5201 v2. I am running it from my router (Netgear model is R6100) into my gaming desktop in another room. When I open the genie, it displays the connection https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/819x406q90/538/D3yzi2.png. All of the lights on the Powerline are on green but pick a plug LED occasionally goes amber. I don't really know what it is suppose to look like but by the looks of the path displayed in the picture it isn't reading the Ethernet going into the PC.

Solution
Is your PC working? The graph shows that all are connected but your PC isn't showing up. the light going to amber isn't an issue . Usually with Powerline noise on the lines will cause a green to amber condition. Noise is powerline's nemesis. If your PC is connected and working don't worry about it. if not then I would check your ethernet cable to the pc as the powerline modules are present.
