Netwoking home PC's

I currently have two PC's at home. Both are sharing a DSL connection with two separate static IP's set up as follows:

DSL line in to modem, Line from modem to 4-port hub, then one line out to a Linksys 10/100 network card in each PC.

What I was wondering was if there was a way to also network the 2 PC's together while also keeping the separate DSL connections. Currently, the computers are unable to see each other over the network. Any help on seeting this up would be appreciated. TIA.
