Question Network Controller not reinstalling

I bought a new Motherboard and the Lan wasnt working so i unistalled the network controller like the internet told me to
after trying the usual driver update stuff. After i unistalled the Network controller and restartet the pc i had a LAN connection so i
went downstairs to eat something and the connection was gone. I look again in the device manager and the Controller didnt show
up anywhere not even in the hidden devices like it did the first time. What can i do to get it reinstalled?
