Hey!
Did a broadband check the other day, then saw that the download speed was not correct. Paying for 1000/100, where I got 150-200mbit / s up and 90-100 mbit / s down.
Tested with various cables, as well as on other devices, where they work properly and get up to 800-900mbit / s down. Has not been wrong until now, can it be a program running in the background that strikes the speed? Or is it simply giving up? In Windows, it is clear that it is 1.0 Gbps, but when I do tests I do not get what I want. What could be the problem?
Name on the controller: Realtek PCIE gbe family controller.

I have tested resetting and uninstalling the network card drivers, yet its not working.
