Hi, recently when I go and turn my PC on the internet is not connected. When I proceed to shut it down and restart it it is then connected. This happens every time over the last two weeks. My PC is connected directly to my AC1750 router which is connected to my TP-Link modem. I'm running windows 10. Any help would be great.
Thanks
Steve

Solution
Instead of reboot the pc try.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

My guess is there is something that is delaying the nic in coming up and the DHCP request is timing out. These are hard to say make sure any power save options are disabled on the nic. These maybe in the bios also so you need to check both windows and the bios.

If you continue to not fix this but the release and renew work you could try to use static ip in your nic settings and see if that helps.
