Question Network not showing up

Just had ADT installed and began to have connectivity issues with Netgear Nighthawk x6 router. Did a hard reset and that fixed the problem with the ADT box, as all lights are green and functioning. However, now my wireless network isn't showing up as available on my computers. The lights for power and internet are lit and white as they should be. Any ideas? Thanks

You did a hard reset. go into the router and setup your wireless again. Hard reset returns it to factory settings.

I have a Mac and when you open up network preferences and try to create a network, it asks for a channel number. I have no idea what that means so I tried "join another network", and I put in the original factory settings listed on the bottom of the router, but it says 'no network found'. The light for the internet says it's working, but none of my devices are recognizing it.
