Network not working only with i5 7400

H170-pro
16gb ram
I5 7400
Gtx 1070

So I got an cpu i5 7400 and now when I installed a new win 10 the internet doesn't work. It shows-"Ethernet" doesn't have a valid ip configuration.
I tried so many fixes and other thing's but just doesn't work. Before I had i3 6100 and everything was just fine.
Could it be cpus fault? Can it be damaged?

Did you install the Lan and wifi drivers for your mobo and wifi hardware?
