Question Network Problem

For about 2-3 months i have really bad experience with internet before that everything was normal so i have problem when i start my PC (i have ethernet cable network) everything works i enter on youtube for 10 - 15 min then network shutdown i plug out and get it back then also 10 min and also that problem continuing.But strange thing is that when i enter some game i never dissconect from internet in fact i play cs go and LoL for 40 min and everything work normal but when i enter youtube i need to plug out and in cable to work?If somenoe know please help?And i asked to reset router and nothing changed,sry for bad English,im from Serbia.

No with every site i open,like i sad net is only good when im playing online game when im doing that net wont shut down just when i surf internet

what browser? try any other one?
malware scan you system?

Chrome,no viruses i scanned a lot of times with malwarebytes premium

what you dns server?

on turn off ipv6 bcs its says no internet access but on ipv4 DNS server is set to obtain automatically

and is using your isp dns? try using the google 8.8.8.8 ?
