About a year ago I purchased a new pc but back then I thought trimming an SSD was bad so I turned auto trimming off in windows.
I just recently learned that a SSD trim is actually good for the SSD. When I look at diskpart it says that my drive has 99% health status. But I am
wondering if my drive is damaged or may not last as long?

Turn TRIM back on.

No, your drive is not "damaged".

Damaged?.....no
You probably caused some unneeded wear on it.
